THE CARTRIDGE
The DnaCartridge is a disposable, sealed, and integrated lab-on-chip device that enables sample-to-result PCR. this miracle of miniaturisation mirrors all the processes and procedures found in a room-sized laboratory – all within a compact (25x78x85mm, 40g) single-use device.
The DNANudge cartridge consists of two main parts:
- A sample preparation unit (SPU) which consists of a swab chamber, mixing unit and buffers to extract and purify RNA from the swab sample.
- An amplification unit (AU) which contains dried primers and probes uniquely spotted into 72 reaction wells providing multiplex analysis. amplification of the human DNA target acts as a control for sampling, the extraction process, and the presence of PCR inhibitors.

SOFTWARE & INTEGRATION
Integration and bespoke solutions built with the user in mind.
DnaNudge’s medical systems are capable of securely integrating the results to authorised hospitals / trusts lab integration systems (LIS) via, Point-Of-Care (POC) middleware solutions, bespoke hospital integrations (e.g. SFTP / API) or third-party notification service. The test results are available in real-time and retrieved securely by POC Middleware / NHS healthcare networks.
