DnaNudge CSO Shortlisted For Global Women In Healthcare Awards

We are delighted to announce that our co-founder and CSO Dr Maria Karvela has been shortlisted for EMMS International's inaugural Global Women in Healthcare Awards!🎉

 

The EMMS International Global Women in Healthcare Awards are being held in association with the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, and will mark International Women’s Day 2024 by celebrating the global impact of women working in healthcare. The Awards recognise the value of women in all roles who contribute to better health within their communities and beyond, and celebrate professionals who are dedicated to their work in health and healthcare and strive for excellence.

 

Dr Karvela is recognised in The Health Tech Award category - sponsored by The Mackay Clinic - which champions the advancement of transformative technology and digital education. Dr Karvela has been shortlisted for her innovative work and leadership at DNANUDGE developing digital genetic testing services to provide users with tailored food and health recommendations based upon their DNA plus lifestyle.

 

The winners will be announced at the Elsie Inglis Charity Ball on Saturday 9th March 2024.
